The first "Stolac Meetup" was held: Trust between the motherland and the diaspora is our imperative!

A few days ago, we extended the "Local Meetup" project to Herzegovina, and on that occasion, we organized the first "Stolac Meetup". In this way, we gathered some people from Stolac who currently live in Canada, Germany and Scandinavia in one place, and talked to them about ways to improve life in the local community.

Reflection of inclusion issues and group unitedness marked the site visit to Albania

Activities planned as part of year-and-a-half-long We make democracy! project are entering the final stages of their implementation. From April 2021 when the first online meeting was held until now, project participants gathered together in Zug (Switzerland) and partook in three study visits organized in Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Albania.

Young BiH pianist and writer Emina Smailbegović is currently in her second year of doctoral studies at La Sapienza University in Rome. She decided to dedicate her doctoral research to music collections dating back to the period after the French Revolution. In March 2022, she published her second novel, The Terrible Children of Averroes.
