We make Democracy – Academy

After two successful editions of “We make Democracy” we are in the final stretch of preparations for the official start of the leg of the journey. From September 14th to 17th the first module of the “We make Democracy” -Academy will launch in Lausanne, CH to kick of the learning journey for the next two years.

Together with our partners from Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia Herzegovina, Kosovo, Albania, North-Macedonia, and Croatia we will explore topics interlinked to Democracy, such as liberty of media, cultural biases, feminism and peace keeping.

During at least 6 modules we will learn about local realties in the hosting countries, discuss Democracy and train our participants in their methodological and didactical skills.

Through the project we want to strengthen a sustainable international network of youth workers, advocates and activists, so they can spread their knowledge within their local realities, enable kids and youth to be active citizens and have an active impact on their surrounding society.

Some spots are still available – so if you like to join us, you can fill in the application form here until the 15th of July:
