Guitar professors, instructors and students from Prijedor, Banja Luka and Bihač participate in this joint project, which main aim is the exchange of knowledge and experience as well as the promotion of classic music in urban and rural regions across Bosnia and Herzegovina. The active participants share their love for music in general, but also playing music and performing together.

Besides of concerts, which will take place this summer in Sarajevo, Mostar and Donji Vakuf, the members of the orchestra are planning to organise classes for teachers and students from local music schools in order to transfer their knowledge and experience.

Considering the present political, economic and social situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, there is almost no financial support for cultural projects by public institutions. Therefore, cultural organisations are forced to find financial support by themselves for such kind of projects.
