Manipulation is not a marginal phenomenon. On the contrary. It occurs every day in our professional and private life. But what exactly is manipulation and, above all, how do we best recognize and react to manipulation?

To be able to react skillfully to manipulation, you have to recognize it. And in order to be able to recognize manipulation, you have to understand the logic behind manipulation attempts.
In this crash course, they will give you an initial insight into central types of manipulation and protection against manipulation. Speakers will focus on manipulation in discussions so that you can immediately tell when someone is trying to get the upper hand without a factual basis.
