WOOD INDUSTRY - The federal government is involving entrepreneurs of Bosnian and Herzegovinian origin living in Switzerland in the development assistance for Bosnia and Herzegovina. And it has proven to be a success.

www.swissinbih.ba is managed by the Embassy of Switzerland in BiH and aims to increase general knowledge of Swiss supported projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina by mapping them and presenting more information about projects’ goals, activities and impacts on final beneficiaries.

Heidi Hahn, a Zurich-based artist and Louis Gasser, an artist and curator from Lausanne, have both been organising exhibitions with Bosnian and Herzegovinian artists in Switzerland in order to promote the BiH artistic scene and to foster the intercultural exchange and cooperation.

Sarajevo – The pilot «City Action Lab» workshop of the project «Reactivate Sarajevo» was successfully held during end of October 2017. The main objective was the mapping of existing potentials as well as the development of concrete project activities in the field of architecture and urban transformation - in order to increase the life quality of citizens and to foster a sustainable development of the City of Sarajevo.
