The three-day educational project "PROučavanje" gathered over a hundred students from five high schools in Bijeljina. The training was held at the Semberija Cultural Center. On the first day, the training on mathematics and programming was held with professor Nada Vasiljević, who has been teaching at the Mihajlo Pupin Technical School in Bijeljina for eighteen years.
The topic of the second day, project management, attracted the attention of both high school teachers and students. Our lecturer Aldin Vrškić, a representative of the i-platform, spoke about his experience of ten years of practice and work on international projects. Aldin passed on the knowledge he gained at the NGO Academy in Vienna.
On the third and final day, the topics of lateral thinking and introduction to entrepreneurship were presented. Educator Nermin Zejnilović presented five tools for thinking and creativity and explained why creativity will be one of the most important skills of the 21st century that will save us from losing our jobs in the labor market as a result of automation and development of artificial intelligence.
We remind you that this is the first part of the project and that the sequel will follow in an online format. Over the next sixty days, those interested will be able to apply for training in digital marketing, graphic design, programming, and entrepreneurship.
Also, further cooperation was agreed with high schools on education on project writing and project management, because it was noticed that there is a possibility of applying for international projects.
