Esma Zjajo is a young entrepreneur from Jajce, owner of a Business venture Naturgeist founded in 2017. Engineer of food and agricultural products by profession Esma has decided to apply her knowledge and experience in her own business and to provide self-employment.

Siniša Popović is a young entrepreneur from Banja Luka, owner of established business specialized in furniture manufacturing, especially in the manufacturing of custom-made kitchens. Through YEP Business Ideas Incubator, Siniša has further improved his entrepreneurial skills and realized the business idea of business diversification, through registration of EVORA Ltd. which, besides furniture manufacturing, also offers services of interior decoration, in the "turnkey" manner as well as of the ventilation facades design and installation.

Students from different European countries had the opportunity to attend the First International Summer School “Empowering Personal Growth” organised by Swiss NGOs, i-dijaspora Association and Charity Foundation "La Terra Nostra" in cooperation with BH Future Foundation that took place in Stolac from 21st until 27th of July.
