Their vision is reflected in a healthy society, family and community in which children and young people successfully cope with challenges and situations during the period of growing up or in the adolescent period. They carry out their activities in direct work with the target groups, and in this way intensively approach inclusion and contributions to the development of the quality of life of the individual and the community.
They strengthen their capacities of professional people who work and cooperate with them every day. In addition to experts, the Association through its activities provides the opportunity for the development of activism and volunteerism, in this connection they are accredited for international volunteerism, i.e. for sending and receiving volunteers. In addition to the above, the main goal is to improve health in society, and some of the leading activities are advocating for the professionalization of addiction prevention in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as cooperation with government representatives at all levels.
One of the more famous projects that NARKO-NE is working on is the "Older Brother - Older Sister" project. Living in a world of possibilities, these young people have chosen to be someones older brother or sister, within the project they fill their day with activities with the little ones, and volunteers can be anyone who is interested in working with children and doing good.
