Leila released her debut single "Burnout" through Herbert Grönemeyer's renowned German label Grönland Records, followed by her second EP, "Generation," in October 2024. She has been named "Best Talent" by Swiss Radio SRF 3 and "Artist to Watch" by Amazon Music Germany, and over the past two years has performed more than 60 concerts, including an extensive summer festival tour with 25 shows, as well as appearances at Frequency Festival (AT), Dockville Festival (DE), Eurosonic Groningen (NL), and Reeperbahn Festival (DE).

Leila's song "Gun to My Head" has surpassed five million streams. On 18 September, she will release her debut album, "20 SOMETHING IS A F*KING STRANGE PLACE."

Inspired by the feeling of growing up, the album explores the uncertainty, possibility and constant reinvention that define your twenties. Musically, it blends honest pop with punk energy, influences from the UK underground, and a spirit of experimentation. Rather than offering answers, it captures the chaos of your twenties with honesty and fearlessness. The Sarajevo audience will be among the first to hear songs from the new album live.

Leila's father is from Sarajevo, where a large part of her family still lives today. Although she grew up in Bern, she has maintained a strong cultural, linguistic, and emotional connection to Bosnia. Through her authenticity and empowering messages, Leila is an inspiration to a new generation of young female artists from Switzerland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and beyond.
