The training enabled the participants to learn how to create and develop successful business plans in a creative way. Each of them brought their own business idea, which they worked on indirectly through group work during the training.
Using a different approach to learning and education, which was fully interactive and playful, they approached their business ideas with colorful inspiration and energy, and applied the learned method to personal business ideas and presented them on the last day.
It is necessary to emphasize the special contribution of the educator from Switzerland, Milijana Mršić, business psychologist and creator of the idea of the project itself, as well as Angela Haas, a certified educator in this field. Sladana Trivic Stanic, the owner of Atika, as well as several other companies in the field of fitness, health and marketing, increased the training with their presence and motivational speech.
The presentations are not the end of the training. Participants will have the opportunity, in the second part, to apply for grants with their creative entrepreneurial ideas, of which three participants will receive awards worth 5,000 BAM, with the aim of encouraging to start or improve business ideas.
The training was realized within the project "Creative thinking for women's entrepreneurship in Republika Srpska", implemented by the Gender Center of Republika Srpska in cooperation with the i-diaspora, and sponsored by the microcredit foundation MI-BOSPO and EFSE Entrepreneurship Academy.
