Bijeljina Health Center, i-diaspora and the City of Bijeljina organize lectures on mental health

As part of the "April - Month of Mental Cleanliness" campaign and the "Mental Health Literacy" project, the Health Center, i-diaspora and the City of Bijeljina began activities and lectures on the mental health of the population.

The goal is to protect mental health, promote mental literacy, collect data on the mental state of citizens and long-term sustainability of the project, so that counseling centers will provide health services to the population throughout the Republika Srpska in the future.

Improving mental health in Bijeljina began with therapies and lectures on topics: individual therapy for post-covid patients, group therapies for post-covid patients, lectures on depression and anxiety, mental health literacy, health and the workplace.

So far, lectures have been held at the Health Center and the City Administration, and are also planned in private companies. The lecturers are Dijana Dukić, family medicine specialist and representative of the i-diaspora, Nermin Zejnilović.
