This is the initiative of our representative, Dalida Karabdić, who works tirelessly to map the diaspora from Kladanj.
In addition to the standard ones, new participants living in Canada joined the meetup this time, which indicates the fact that the network of the Kladanj diaspora is expanding every day.
The participants took the opportunity to discuss the importance of educating young people and what the diaspora, together with us, can do to provide better conditions for learning and education for young people from Kladanj. Also, they talked about ecology and environmental awareness, the role of the community in development processes, generally in the role of the diaspora in the city of origin, and the building of mutual trust, which is the main goal of our meetings.
Our Dalida introduced the participants of the "USA Meetup" to the Manifestation "Days of the Diaspora Kladanj 2021", which is underway, and in which the role of the i-diaspora is very important. A lot of interesting content has been included in this year's program of the event, and the citizens of Kladanj will welcome everyone who expresses interest in it.
In the end, it was agreed that the diaspora in America and Canada will certainly make its contribution and continue to import fellow citizens scattered around the world, ie to spread positive news about our activities and results so far to our friends and acquaintances in the diaspora, especially those from Kladanj.
It is important to emphasize that Mediha Kapo, Senda Tabić, Lidija Čolo and Hanka Gojačić tirelessly provide special support to their city, for which we sincerely thank them.
