From October 2020 until today, in cooperation with the diaspora, local authorities and our partner organizations, we have implemented numerous projects. It was the last Meetup that served to remember some of them, but also to discuss the continuation of cooperation.
So, we talked about the activities that marked the past month, and some of them are summarized in our retrovizor, so we recommend that you read what it is about. Also, a special focus of this meeting was placed on the activities of the Association "Women to Women".
Planned activities
Due to the fact that summer is just around the corner, we have arranged a "live" July and August Meetup with the diaspora from Kladanj. Namely, in these months Kladanj is especially alive, so it is an ideal opportunity to meet the diaspora. We are planning many interesting activities such as workshops, lectures, eco actions in which we will focus on care in the Drinjača River, then we will express an initiative to protect drinking water sources, we will raise the issue of park protection and tree planting.
One of the ideas that originated from the Kladanj diaspora is planting trees for every newborn from Kladanj. So, with the birth of the youngest citizens of Kladanj, a new tree will be "born" which will, with special love, be nurtured by the family in whose name it was planted.
Therefore, the already mentioned "Live Kladanj Meetup" will be just one of the upcoming summer activities, and everything will be conducted under the slogan "Together in Kladanj".
